Order Related Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most items are made to order.  It typically takes about 1-2 weeks from the order date until the items are shipped.  Of course, if we can ship it sooner we definitely will!

Can I make a change to my order?

Absolutely!  As long as it has not entered the production stage.  Contact us ASAP with your change request.  Changing your order may delay your delivery.

Please note that custom items can not be changed or removed from your order once production has been started for that item.

What is the tracking number for my order?

Once your items have been made and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Can’t find your tracking email? You can log in to your account or contact us and we can look into the status of your order.

The tracking info says the item has been delivered, but I have not received it!

Unfortunately, sometimes the USPS tracking info says the package has been delivered when it actually has not been delivered.  Please be patient.  Usually, the package will show up within the next few days.

In the meantime, please check with your neighbors to make sure they did not accidentally receive your package.

If you do not see an update to the tracking information or receive your item for 48 hours, please contact us with your Order Number and Tracking Number and we will look into it.

Why do you ask for my students name, grade, and teacher?

When your items are delivered to school, this makes it much easier to make sure the items get delivered to the correct student.
