Return Policy

First of all, we are sorry you are not 100% satisfied with your order! We will do everything we can to make it right! Please read below for details on returns and refunds. As always, if you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact us!


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days you are not eligible for returns or refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customized or personalized items are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require your original Order Number which can be found in the original order email. If you can not find your Order Number please contact us with your contact info and approximate order date and we will look it up for you.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

If coupons were used or an item was discounted or on sale, we will refund the actual amount paid for that item, not the current price.

Late or missing refunds

If we have emailed you to let you know that your refund was approved, and it is more than 7 business days since that email, and you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded at the price which you paid.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will email you the return instructions.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the returns email.

If the original item was defective or there was an error on our part we will email you a shipping label and cover the cost of the return shipping.

If the item was not defective and you would like to return it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
